Ada - Blue Lobsters Skirt | Tencel
Ada is an easy fit skirt with a side zip and full skirt. She has deep pockets and a buttoned waistband at the side.
About the Print:
You can’t go wrong with a lobster! Our bold and beautiful lobster print features an array of lovingly hand-drawn red lobsters on a soft light blue background.
About the Fabric:
We continue to use the ethical superhero fabric, Tencel, for many of our dresses. Tencel is made from the pulp of Eucalyptus trees. It has the feel of vintage rayon - beautifully floaty and drapey, it washes really well and is biodegradable. It’s the most environmentally responsible fabric that we have come across and we love the look it gives to our skirts.

At the Palava studio based in Hackney, Bryony and her team design their own illustrative fabrics. Based upon the adventures of two characters, Poppy and her dog Fred. Poppy is a little girl who never grows up. And along with her faithful companion, Fred the dog, they go on adventures. Wherever Bryony wishes them to go. Palava believe that in a world where fashion is produced faster and faster, it is vital for brands to invest in the future of our planet. This philosophy is central to all of our decisions and the team at Palava work hard to ensure every element of our supply chain is founded upon ethical principles. This includes sourcing organic cotton so that the Earth’s bees are happy and free to buzz and pollinate without the worry of nasty pesticides, and manufacturing ranges in Europe so they can visit factories regularly. As well as being able to follow their stories along our famous border prints, each Palava dress comes with its very own storybook.
