Returns are to be made at the customers expense should you like to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund. You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of placing your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For items that have not shipped it may be possible to cancel the despatch, for items that have shipped these will need to be returned to our warehouse. Purchases need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, it will be at the discretion of I Love Designer whether to accept your return outside of this period.
All returns outside of the United Kingdom must also be organised and paid for by the customer, we encourage that the customer use a tracked returned service, and pays extra for insuring the item, as a returned product remains the property of the customer until it is received and checked by I Love Designer.
If you're a UK customer and a non UK customer, you should follow the following steps:
1. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging with designer garment tags still attached, worn, damaged or items without tags may be returned to the customer.
2. Obtain a Returns Number by contacting us on email@example.com or + 44 (0) 845 463 6609, and complete the Returns Form, note that we cannot accept returns without this completed form.
3. A returns address label will be in your delivery, all returns must be made to: I Love Designer Ltd, Flaxman Court, 112-114 Wardour Street London W1F 0TS.
4. We suggest that the customer uses a tracked delivery service and we suggest the customer insures the item as it will remain the customers property until we have received and checked the return.
If you're a non UK customer, you should follow the procedures as above.
For any exchanges please follow the steps outlined as above. Once we have received the returned item we will dispatch the exchange to you within 48 hours free of charge if we have the item in stock, otherwise we will inform you by email that the item is sold out and will give you a refund.
For certain items which are dispatched by the designer from abroad, the process for exchanges will apply as above. However please note that due to time difference and communication with the designer we do not guarantee that we will be able to process the exchange within 48 hours. If there are going to be delays more than 30 days we will notify you via email.
We will refund to the orignal card through which the item was purchased and will refund the entire amount includuing shipping costs. If your purchase was from outside of Europe, we will not be able to refund any taxes paid, which you may be able to claim back yourselves.
