RETURNS

For ease of your shopping experience with us, I Love Designer is pleased to offer you free returns.

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at . It will be at the discretion of I Love Designer whether to accept your return outside of this period.

How to return your order

To return your purchase please email us at .com to obtain a returns form with the designers returns address.

All returns remain the property of the customer until the return has been receipted by the designer and they have verified that the item is in perfect condition, or has an agreed fault.

1. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging with designer garment tags still attached. Any worn, damaged or items without tags may be returned to the customer and not accepted for returns.

3. A returns address label will emailed to you, all returns must be sent directly back to the designer.

We will refund to the original card through which the item was purchased. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We will not be able to refund any custom or import duties.

Please note the following:

All items must be sent back to our designers in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.

Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

Skincare and beauty products can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any plastic wrapping intact.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Returns can’t be accepted for items which have been on a bespoke or a ‘made to order’ basis Returns can’t be accepted for items which has been personalised for you.

Faulty Goods

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Care Team within 14 days from the date you received it, via email

In order to expedite your case, please include a photo and description of the fault.

Following receipt of your email and including photo and description of the fault, we will arrange for a return for a refund or send a replacement item to you.

Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 6 months.

Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any exchanges at this stage.

If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order fort he size that you require and return your original order.

Unless this has been pre-agreed with I Love Designer we can not place an item on hold for you.
