HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT PROFILE?
All personal information is stored in the “My Account” section of the site, which can be accessed by clicking "My Account" on the top of the page. Once you’re in, you can view, change or edit any of your personal information.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
An email notification will be sent once your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided. If you have created an account with us, you may also check the status of your account under “My Account” section.
WHICH COUNTRY DO WE SHIP TO?
We provide Free Worldwide Shipping. Products are shipped either by I Love Designer and by the Designer. The majority of our products are shipped from London. However, some of our products are shipped by Designers. This information will be clearly stated under the Shipping & Returns section of each Designer individual product pages.
HOW AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
You will be charged for your order when the item(s) are shipped. All major debit and credit cards are accepted i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment is also accepted via PayPal. All charges will be made in British Sterling Pounds. (GBP/£).
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.
WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MARKED AS A FINAL SALE?
We run promotions from time to time and for some of our sale items, you will be unable to return the products for a refund and this will be noted in the individual product page. Fragrance, nail polish and aerosols cannot be exchanged or returned due to transport restrictions and country specific regulations.
WILL I HAVE TO MAKE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS FOR EVERY ITEM I WANT?
You will only need to make a single payment no matter how many products you order.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
We include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees when you place the order.
CAN I SHIP TO A WORK ADDRESS?
Yes, we can ship to your work address, just ensure that you insert the address in the shipping section at the checkout section.
CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
I ORDERED MULTIPLES PRODUCTS BUT WHY AM I RECEIVING THE PARCELS SEPARATELY?
Some of our products are sent by our Designers to you. So if you have ordered multiple items, you may receive separate parcels from each of the Designer.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Yes for security reasons all of our deliveries require a signature. You can have your order delivered to a work address such as an office, just update the delivery address during checkout.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
To reduce paper waste, we no longer provide a paper returns label. Therefore, to arrange for a returns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order requesting for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and we will organise the returns for free. You may also arrange to return the item by yourself, however note I Love Designer will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage. Sales tax, and import duties for all non-EU countries are not refunded.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, please place a new order for the size that you need and arrange for the return of your original order. If you urgently require a different size of an item, please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help you.

WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date you received it. In your email to us, please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange either for a return or a replacement item for you.

WHIRL is our unique same day delivery concierge service. You may select the products of your choice and then make an appointment with our personal stylist.
