Flight Earrings
This Paper Planes collection from Social Enterprise brand Saught pays homage to the Paper Plane – a symbol of our child hood. This design is a combination of innocence and freedom, of hope and imagination. It represents a simple yet powerful message: urging everyone especially the people of Cambodia to never be afraid to dream big and to work for a better future.
The paper plane earrings give a nod to this season’s ear-cuff trend as they can be worn with the paper planes going up the ear. A great and understated way to wear the look. Made from 18k gold plated copper brass, these earrings are comfortable, stylish and will last a lifetime.

It’s hard to think of anything beautiful coming from a Cambodian landmine. But Singaporean label Saught is producing a line of jewelry made from disguarded weapons. After starting promising legal careers, Saught (now known as Covenant jewelry) co-founders Pamela Yeo, Ng Sook Zhen and Adeline Heng turned their back on the corporate world to pursue this social enterprise. A trip to Laos inspired them, where local people use war remnant’s to make cutlery. Joining forces with non-profit organisations, Saught, a sustainable jewelry brand, buys scrap metal, then trains local Cambodia people turn it into jewelry, creating long term jobs with hope. Their business promotes peace and sustainable development in post war countries.
